No flaming here, you reached the S2K shop in Tampa. Usually on an oil change 5.3 qts and only run what Honda recommends 10W-30! Your bearings will thank you.....ask me how I know.......
And check it weekly if over 60K miles and years "00-"02, again, ask me how I know.............
