stock engine..non turbo or supercharger..
Whats average temperature under the hood for a
eg civic single cam vtec?
would it be under 300 f degree?

I rock a d16y8 and my headers make things under my hood uncomfortable to touch for any time period longer than a few milliseconds.

heat shields make stock headers look good -do it
