hey guys i have a friend who owns a 1994 honda accord that has an h22 turbo charged with a p30 ecu. now he had bought a chip for the ecu and he is in need of someone to install it. if anyone can recommend someone who is able to chip it for him that is in the tampa area. he just needs to get this vehicle tuned and doesnt want to spend too much money. thanks in advance
