Default Error code 43

Im throwing a code it is
43-Fuel Supply System
defective or malfunctioning fuel supply system

What can cause this code? Iv changed the o2 once & it stopped throwing the code but, if you leav the car idling for any period of time it will throw the code again. When I shut the car off & then start it the code is gone untill I let it idle for a few minutes. Maybe an injector or fpr? I dunno Im a little lost.

i would check your fuel pressure with a gauge. you can also check the fpr by pinching or removing the vacuum hose connected to it and the pressure should rise atleast 5psi. g/l

ok I didnt have time to check the pressure but, when I removed the vacume line off of the pressure regulator the rpms raised a little but, if i plug the vacume lint the rpms drop back down. Any idea?

Just for the record it was a bad injector that was making me throw the code

was it misfiring before it set the code or felt like it? Cause wouldn't it had set a fuel injector code first?
