Small but Big problem?

Default Small but Big problem?

Ok so another one of my problems is my widshield wiper stick is broken. its there but its loose and dosent turn on my wipers making it probly an easy fix but a BIG problem since we live in FL and i cant drive in the rain untill its fixed. how do i go by fixing i havent had time to take the molding around it off yet.

I had the same problem with mine, the little plastic ball on mine cracked......this is what I did, you have to take the whole motor out, and at Lowe's they have little rubber seals, there is one that fits perfectly, place that on the arm and then around the ball joint. Then get a small drill bit and drill through the ball and put a cotter pin through it so that it will not fall off, and your good. Worked on mine, never had to replace or anything.

dam sounds like replacing it is easier. lol i gotta check it out asap. but it dosent fall out but it dosent feel like its attached to anything.

yea, there is an arm that moves them back and forth, that fell off of my motor....its actually easy and a lot cheaper

are you referring to the wiper blade arms, or the on/off switch on the steering column.
