Vtec problems

it just doesnt seem to be kicking in when i need it.
i thought KA24s were supposed to have vtec

your solenoid isn't getting enough pressure, swap out the OEM line for a high volume crossed drilled stainless line

they're rotating fine... i do have some electrical blow by...optispark not getting enough gear oil

all i can think of is that the butterfly valves on the secondary rocker arm stoppers threw a rod.
