Default Prelude JDM Climate Control

i have a 92 prelude and i bought the prelude from a friend of mine with the climate control already in the car. it has a wiring harness and everything connected to it, but i took it to driven concepts and they said i have to have like 3 or 4 sensors i think it is to get it hooked up and working. i have searched the web and i cant find these sensors anywhere. does anyone know where i might be able to find them. i was also told that i could use the sensors out of a first gen acura cl, but i really dont know about that, so any help would be appreciated! thanks

If you want an "automaticly activated climate control", you will need sensors to tell the climate control how to blend the hot/cold mix.

If all you want is A/C, and control it yourself, you might not need sensors.

I relate this a little to some people preferring an automatic transmission
while others prefer to select the gears themselves. -Bob

the climate control is digital, and from what i understand it needs the sensors to read what temp. that the air is

Let me chime in on this subject. JH26 would like to make the JDM digital climate control work like it should. In order for this to be accomplished, all the sensors associated with the AC system will be needed. As for wiring it up to basically trigger the compressor on and off, of course it can be done, some way, some how, but it's not as easy as 1, 2, 3. The main reason to get the digi climate control working is to have the AUTO function available, I think it defeats the purpose if it didn't work the correct way.
