Does eg civic has a ac fuse under the dash panel?

Check google, for your specific car year/model. I don't understand those EK/EG/whatever things you guys say so I can't help there. I do believe there should be an A/C fuse AND relay in the engine bay. If you're having problems with it not turning on, i suggest checking that out first.
