Default Needing Mad Help

I have a 95 Civic on 17" 5zigens,the problem comes in play you see I have a lock nut on the rear tire that I have lost the key,I have tried banging a 21mm on but I needed one more size up,however the 22mm is too wide to fit into the lug hole,I have also tried different standard sizes as well, people have told me to drive it to a shop,ok problem #2 the tire is flat and has a hole the the side wall so fix a flat will not work and it doesn't hold air long enough to make it anywhere.
