Foglight Question

I don't have the tools, so I was wondering if anyone knew how to install foglights on a 99 Civic EX (the bumper is not cut for them yet). If so, PM me a price.

i used a razer blad on mine but i have a 96 so i thing that it is easyer on mine

I'll PM you too since I want to put mine on my car and I don't feel like messing up my bumper... Do you take the bumper off? If so I'll throw on the front lip at the same time and get that over with too.
