found it. could only break 1 bolt loose. i could not get the other loose, it is soaker in PB Blaster right now, hopefully i can get it off.

Hahaha, I tried to use a wrench on it, and didn't realize the wrench was crooked and it all went down from there. If you do happen to strip it I still have a stripped bolt extracter from when I did mine.
