Heavy shocks will make up for soft springs.
Cheaper shocks will get trashed by soft springs.
but.....if a certain brand of spring is poor quality to start with, that is one more reason that I prefer to lower cars using OEM springs and stock adjusters.
OEM springs were engineered for your particular car to start with. You and I should talk sometime about suspensions..................it's not always about the "conventional wisdom"..............but the folks who only understand about bolt-on parts and expensive solutions, probably don't know what their suspension does or needs.

well i just dont like the idea of lowering your car with the stock springs..... to amny bad expiriences..... so what do you guys think if i get tokico blues and the dropzone coilovers????

If a person has bad experiences, some humans tend to think they
will ALWAYS have a bad experience...........and I'm not going to change their mind.

Example: I have been rebuilding OEM shocks for years, and even though some very expensive racing shocks are rebuildable, some people on this site will tell you that rebuilding shocks "F's 'em up".
....................my question to them (and reason this out, folks)
logically, will rebuilding a shock ever...... ever make it worse than it was when it was worn out?............... Think about that.-Bob
