Oversized Piston Question??

Default Oversized Piston Question??

How can u tell the diff. between an oversized type r piston and a standard. Do they have an os stamp on it for oversized or do u have to get them measured?

yes they do have a stamp to say how much oversized they are . for example twenty five thousansths oversize would have a stamp on the top of the piston that says .25

It's not 25 thousandths, it's .25mm over, which is .010 or 10 thousandths over. It should be stamped on the piston crown, depending on who made the piston.
