Default Changed timing belt, car runs crappy.. help

I tried changing the belt myself and apperantly got it wrong, it felt like it was a tooth off, VERY sluggish and hard to drive, so i pulled it back apart and had a mechanic i know (claims to be smart, worked for toyota for a while and now courtesy) had him do it, he SWEARS its right, hes sure.. no doubt and it still feels crappy, its not as bad as when i did it, but it feels a little slow, bigger deal is that its not smooth when reving it out, its jumpy and i KNOW its not right.. its on a 99 integra ls, I did change from aftermarket catback to a stock one at the same time, although i do not see how that could affect it..

thanks so much for any help.

Did you line up the cam timing with the crank timing??

They should all point TDC.

yeah, I am pretty sure i had it perfect, then had neighbore do it, SWORE its perfect and he knows all and put it together so i can only guess its right this time.. it starts fine, idles fine and cruises fine, just when accelerating its jumpy and feels slow, not that the car ISNT slow lol

ill do one tomorrow! last i amonth or so ago and got a perfect 185 all across, crazy for a car with 100k IMO

also, why would the fire order be off? the plug wires are in the right spot, its not a missfire or anything, just a jumpy acceleration through the rpm range
