Default wire 94 dx for gsr swap

Ok Im in the process of wireing my 94 dx shell for a gsr. Motor is a 96 but, I didnt have dizzy & etc when I got it so Ill buy all obd1 stuff for it. Here is the wires I ran from the ecu to the shock tower. LMK if I need anything else.

green/yellow --- VTEC solenoid ------- A4
Blue -------- Oil pressure sensor -- D6
Red/Blue ------ Knock sensor ------- D3

Im not going to run the stock intake. What other wiring do I need to do? Also when looking at the ecu plug how do I count to find the right pin location. Do I count with the rear facing me (where the wires go in for the slower people) or the open plug side? I ran the 3 wires & have them just laying their ready to be pinned into the plugs.

so I have the wires run that I need. Now the other question was How do I find the proper pin location on the ecu plug. In the first pic it shows the pin out but is that counting from the back of the plug or the front?

That would be from the wire side. (Look at the picture... its showing you the ecu and the pinouts)
