Default my fuking sunroof blew out on my teg

so yea doin about 85 an the interstate my sunroof blew out on my 92 teggy an landed on my roof 4 hrs after getting it back from paint. I picked up sum plexyglass an windo-weld an will b trying that tomorrow. will this work? an wut should I do about the paint it took 2 good sized chunks out lmk kno wut u guys think thanx TR

sorry this is not to you in any way but everytime i hear one of these (yours isnt the first) i think of f&f where he flips the targa top off the supra and it goes flying in the air lmfao sorry man

but yeah that glue is no joke, you cant get another sunroof and put it in or is the whole thing fucked up?

no jus the glass is fucked but i dont have the money right now should i get sumthin less adhesive?? lmk before i do this

Hey man, I am a dealer for www.LighterFaster.com They make a carbon fiber plug. You can lose the sun roof and install this. I can get you a little discount, but pm me. I know you don't have the money now

Silicone seal will glue it down, and will be removable.

Better would be to put some long bolts through the plastic
and bolted through the sheet metal..........later you can seal the bolt holes when you install another glass. You can make a decent plastic window bolted to the window channel that will not leak and look good.
While you save for a replacement glass.
