When i brake and am accelerating I cant hear it. Its a clickin noise and it is constant is does it when i hit bumps too. If anybody would have an idea on what it could be please help me out. Was this doing this before put new wheels on it?

did it have center caps? maybe they are flexing causing a tick or a click noise?

You might have over torqued the axle nut or did you punch the axle nut it might be moving and causing the noise. I had from exsperience a axle nut on a new car were it wasn't torqued properly and the axle nut wasn't punched and it was just slightly flexing backwards causing a tick noise, manily over bumps not normal driving more so over bumps. It was a bitch to find this one until i exhausted alot of other possiable noises. Just a idea of things to check.

get the wheels off the ground and spin them up and let them coast with the power off them. You want to see if the new rims are contacting anything. Also, check the dust shields behind the rotors. Notorious for getting bent and rubbing things.
