Very hard choice man!
My buddy has a RSR on his car and its WAY too quiet for me, basically its like stock exhaust but better flowing. I havent really heard the WS2 from real close up but from what I remember its a lil louder than the RSR, but not LOUD by any means still very quiet.
So i guess it depends if you want to hear a lil something or almost nothing at all. Youll be good with either one though, both are great!

Where have you seen one of those?!!!
I would go with the rsr out of those two, but I had the apexi no1r and loved it also.

i run the rsr on my prelude, its roughly as loud as stock until you really romp on it. even then you'll never, i repeat never hear your exhaust over you intake......and i run the stock airbox

didn't know it was the quiet, its more expensive then the ws2 but I will probably end up ordering one of them this weekend. I know the rsr usually retails for around $600. Does anyone know where I can get find it for a better deal. And ebay does not have any just in case.
WS2 noir for $425 (they have the RS*R for $629)

We just installed an Apex WS2 on a Turbo Prelude, It was very quiet and made 280whp. I would recomend one , I liked the exhaust alot.
