Default Need help!

l we've been beuilding my girlfriend's car for a couple months now 95 dx coupe with a mini-me (bought it with a bad clutch and a rod knock). We had it all put together and running and driving well then her dad backed it out of the garage.... So the car goes into gear, you can hear it go in and feel it, but the trany does not ingage. Any ideas? The other problem is now it doesn't want to start. Ever since we swapped the insturment cluster wiring harness. The starter does not engage, I bypassed the ignition and started it by hooking up the starter to the battery so it's not the starter, dead battery, anything like that, it's something in the wiring in the instrument cluster wiring, any ideas? I know you guys are all going WTF but I'm sure someone has run into one or both of these problems, thanks alot.

clutch is either stuck engaged like the fork is lodged or the slave is bad and the car not starting could be related to this issue with the switch on the pedal

so how could i "unlodge" the fork if it is indeed stuck, and the clutch pedal is bypassed and the car started and ran after the clutch problem, thanks I checked the slave and it seems to be working but maybe it's not engaging or releasing all the way? Anymore ideas?

1-the fingers on the fork could be broke and the throw out bearing fell which I have seen
2-use a pry bar to engage or disengage fork to check for proper tension
3- or extremely weak pressure plate
