Default Intake & Distributor cap for a B16

I am looking for a different distributor for a B16 motor. I am jamming one into my Mini and I was looking to save some space. Is there one that does not have the wires coming right out the side of it?

Also as far as good performance intakes what is the smallest one there is? Again I am trying to save some room for parts that are looking more and more like they will not be fitting.

There are cheap intakes on ebay that you can get that are kinda small and save you some room.

Ask for the distributor, I know that they make aftermarket ones, but I think they all have the wires coming out of it. If I can remember the name of the company that makes them I will post it.....just not coming to me right now.

might be worth a shot asking LHT what they'd charge to make a intake to your specs....

intakes arent complicated structures...you could get CRV style on it an curve the runners almost vertical, then set the plenum on top. or just do REALLY shorty runners...

Is the block already sitting in the Mini?
What year is the body?

I would like to take a look at your project, sometime.-Bob
