Default Help with D16Y7 into 1992 Civic

My Friend Swapped My old D16Y7 Into His 1992 Four Civic DX. I'm having trouble starting it up. At first we Thought the Dizzy would work but it end up not working. So we used A OBD2 Dizzy re-wired to work. We can't seem to get it to start running. We are missing a Orange wire to Dark Blue wire connection which is known as the CKPP Function. Has anybody had this problem?

Well here's the thing. He had a D15B7 motor in it before and I swapped it out with a D16Y7. His old dizzy is totally different in mounting.

CKP = crankshaft position sensor

the ECU will not run a motor without this sensor installed and fucntioning (and OBD2 ECU wont, im not sure about OBD1)
