alarm fuse and draining battery
alright, something is draining my batter, this happened when i plugged the stuff in under my dash, its 3 or 4 things that controls the clicker that goes off when you leave your lights on, dash lights, and somethin else i don't remember
now, when i had them out, everything worked or didn't work as it should, but i plugged then back in, and when i did, i turned the lights on to check it, and it made like 2 or 3 clicks and stopped, but i was like whatever, and left it, well in the time of dinner and the lightning game, it drained my battery to the point where it was almost unstartable
now its been doing this ever since, and my alarm has been acting up and not working, so i looked at the fuse and it was popped, so i replaced it today, armed the alarm, walked back out, hit the alarm button, and that popped the fuse
so...any ideas?
i havn't run it without the under dash stuff yet, but why would it do that?
and i had a battery today at like 2, and then when i just started it it was almost unstartable, and no matter how long it sits, its just almost unstartable, and not dead
so that makes me think its alarm, because aren't they supposed to, if they're continuously going off or whatever, not supposed to kill the battery 100%
any help is appreciated, thanks guys

You need to check for a draw first of all. Then, if you have one. Start by disconnecting the things you think it may be one at a time until it is gone. Then if it is still there, you start pulling fuses one at a time until the draw goes away. Find out what is on that circuit and go from there. Sounds like a pain in the ass, but its not that bad, easier with two ppl. I do it all the time at work. If you need some assistance, you can come by my shop. Let me know.
