idle 1990 civic hatch

Arrow idle 1990 civic hatch

at idle my car revs up and down....it drives fine and the ecu isnt throwing a code or anything so what could it be???? o2 sensor???? or the sensor in the fuel rail is dirty????

Should be your Idle air control Valve is dirty or clogged up. Its the sensor on the back of your intake, Kinda big!! Should have 2 or 3 bolts on it.

bleed cooling system,bleeder valve should be on thermostat housing,sometimes it works.good luck!

you have to bleed it while the car is at idle and let all the bubbles and air bleed out until coolant is shooting out solid stream.

well i was going to say if its a single cam, there is a censor near the intake manifold and you can just un plug it and the idle problem stops. I did it on my last crx.

what sensor is this,sensor must have been bad to stop problem when unplugged!
