With regulator vacuum hose attached 31-36 psi, with the regulator hose disconnected 40-47 psi and these are both at idle

what regular vacume hose? my car is very stock, someone before me decided to put on an aem fpr and fuel rail. i feel its retarted and want to make sure the fuel pressure is stock, i dont see a point in wasting gas on a near stock car.. soo stock as it would come would be 31-36?

Your static fuel pressure on a b18b should be 40-47 psi according to the helms manual. This is with the vacuum hose disconnected from the regulator and capped.
