One of the more popular everyday problems with Hondas is crap idle. I would check to see if your Throttle Position Sensor is working and set right, but this also could be caused by the Idle Air Control Valve located on the back of the intake manifold or the Fast Idle Thermo Valve, sometimes even in extreme cases it can just be nothing more than air in the coolant system (which I doubt is your problem).

My first step would be to remove the IACV which is just three 10mm bolts, then just spray some carb cleaner over the little wire screen. Also take off the FITV and make sure the little stopper in there is screwed in all the way (use to screwdrivers at the same time or just a big flat piece to get in between the two scores). Make sure you don't over tighten it and break the stopper as you will have to buy another one.

before you take the IACV apart, take your air intake tube off and while the engine runs, put your finger over the hole on the left wall of the throttle body to see if it clears up the idle problem. If it does, the problem is the IACV.
Also visually check and listen for vaccum leaks under the hood around the intake area.
