so what are u asking about...what to do...everything?...
sleeves
crank
pistons
rods
arp headstuds rod bolts
ss valves
dual valve springs
ti retainers
port n polish
although i would get a vtec head and use it instead of buildin ur ls head...u would gain a LOT more hp that way...
if u want i got a eagle crank they retail for $799 make offer...its 89mm ls crank

Its not how much boost the motor will hold, its how much hp. 14lbs on a t3 is tottally different than say 14lbs on a sc61, so the question is how much whp are you looking to get? stock internals on a ls will hold to around 300whp, just have to get a damn good tune.but first thing i would beef up is internals, rods/pistons/head studs/rod bolts. and if your looking for crazy hp then get it sleeved, but that is pricey and iono what your budget is, there is also the block guard option which is what i have and is alot cheaper. if your looking to stay with the ls head than id go with port/polish and a nice set of cams along with spring/retainers and maybe some valves. or you could go ls/vtec and throw on a b16 or a gsr head and call it a day. p.s comma's and periods are your friend oh yeah dont forget bigger injectors and fuel pump
