Default Compression/Leakdown test...

Anyone want to do one for me?
My buddy has a crx, that burns mad oil, I just wanna make sure its the rings and not the valve guide seals.

I have a compression gauge if you want to borrow it. Very easy to do... just pull the fuel fuse, pull all spark plugs, insert gauge in place of spark plugs, crank 5 times w/ gas pedal floored, read the gauge.

Im gettin a compression tester this weekend, do u do a compression test while the car is a lil warm or when it is cold? Sorry for thread jacking

You do the test when the car is warm.
