changed the booster definetly not the problem. and i used 3 bottles of brake fluid while bleeding the brakes(not over exagerated) and it still does the same thing.

why would you people consider the booster for the reason of not having a return on the brake pedal. All the boosters job is, is the brake booster uses vacuum from the engine to multiply the force that your foot applies to the master cylinder.

you either didn't bleed all the air out of the master cylinder or you need to make sure you bleed the brakes in the proper order. And its not always furthest from the master and working your way up.

i'm pretty sure your system is diagonally split. try bleeding RR>LF>LR>RF ........ also if you do have abs, the actual brake system is seperated from the fluid in the abs unit by the slide piston in the modulator. so dont worry about that.

i think it needs to be bleed correctly or the cup seals in the master are faulty if there are no visible leaks anywhere.....also check the rod adjustment on the master from the pedal, if its adjusted to tightly the pistons in the master wont be able to return far enough in the body and not reach the vent ports.......and if that happens, it'll never build any pressure in the system.

I concur with the bleed; and in the proper order.

If you take it someplace, post up what they found.-Bob

Isnt the bleed order RR,LF,RF,LR? He also mentioned that hes bled his brakes numeroud times and no air is coming out. his pedal WILL get hard if he pumps it when the car is off but as soon as he turns the car on, the pedal goes to the floor. Thats why we think its the booster. Any comments Senor?
