Default Turn signal no worky worky

My turn signal lights just died on me. (not the light bulbs themselves) When I turn on the turn signal switch in either position, it doesn't actuate the turn signal. I've replaced the fuse and even put back in the old honda relay (don't ask, bought the car with a turn signal speeder, never took it out). Still no go. 99 Civic ex, no electrical mods, nothing else seems to be affected either. Any suggestions?

check your hazzardwitch, make sure its plugged in ALL THE WAY, if it is then check the fuse/relay for the parkinglights

Yep, hazard switch is all the way in. (i'll triple check, didn't check after I put back in the honda stock relay) As stated, already checked the fuse. I'll try to verify that the stock relay seems good as well.

do they come on when you hit the hazzard switch? if they do then check the wiring at the switch on your ignition coloumn, a wire may have simply come loose, and if an aftermarket relay was installed check the feeds on point 85 and 86 on the relay make sure they have the correct voltage(or ground signal) having a bad 85 or 86 lead will cause the relay to not function
