it looks pretty decent. see if he will scan you the invoice from summitt. i would get it. its hella cheap.
i just get nervous about turbos off ebay.
i would make sure it is really a turbonetics but if you have the summitt invoice and can compare the serial numbers it should be cool

If it doesn't say turbonetics it isn't... Turbo should say this on the housing larger than life. Go to turbonetics.com and compare.
