My cars throwing code 9 - "CYP Sensor (Cylinder) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor ".

It started to throw this code after I re hooked up my reverse lights and put a new O2 sensor in my car.

But while I had the dizzy out to get to my wire harness to rehook those up. I noticed that I had a plug just hanging there and I cant find were it plugs to.

Its a 1990 crx with a B18a1 running OBD0.

Nobody Knows what would cause my car to throw....
