I got a B18a1 with a YS1 tranny in my crx. My question is do all YS1's top out at 125? Driveing down the freeway I hit my rev limit in 5th gear doing 125. Reason I ask this is cause my boy has a DA teg with the exact same motor and tranny and he can do at least 135 and still not be at the rev limit. Is my tranny maybe got a shorter 5th gear then other YS1's or what?

 

you have a 92-93 gsr tranny. Not a 92-93 LS tranny. They are both ys1 trannys, the LS has long gears and the GSR has short gears.
