brake lights??

wats up ppl...i just bought a 1994 automatic LS integra a few days ago, and the brake lights arent working.. at first none of the taillights or license or reverse lights were working, changed some fuses and now those are, but none of the brake lights are working. i checked all fuses changed bulbs, checked the little stopper behind the brake pedal..running out of ideas?..anyone else has a clue...horn aint working either

Fixing a horn problem

A general tracking...........
Check underhood and underdash fuses for blown horn fuse.

Run a hot wire from the Battery to the horn. If horn blows, put a test light on the horn connector wire with the horn button down, and light should light.

If connector is hot/light lights, then the horn ground is bad. If light doesn't light, with horn button down, test the horn relay, and the relay socket.

Let us know your findings...............there may be
more steps involved.-Bob

So is the switch connected to the brake pedal,
hot on either wire?-Bob

Make sure you are using the right bulbs.If the same light works when you turn on the headlights/tailights at night you have the wrong bulb.Some cars need certain bulbs that work as brake and taillights.
