buy a 90 bent pipe either 2 1/2 or 3" whatever you are runnning. trace the outline of the 90 onto a large peice of sturdy paper. use a ruler to divide the one 90 bend into numerous bends.

make the first line vertical before the bend for where it mates to the turbo, next mark 1 1/16 from the top of that line to the right on the drawn pipe. connect the bottom of the firt line to the top of the second mark. you now have a pie shaped pattern. next- go from the bottom line over 1 1/8 and make a dot, and connect the top of the last line to the dot. continue this process.

lable the first peice and every other as a number(ei: 1_2_3_ etc.) lable the peicec inbetween as letters. get them all done, cut out the shapes. trace all of them onto your actual 90 pipe. lable them well. cut them with a metal cut-off saw or band saw. once done, throw away the letter peices, and line up the numbers in their order(1234etc). you will now have a smooth flowing tight bend. HOPE YOU CAN WELD.

Buy the donut and cut what you need. The bend radius on those things are awesome!
