I need the actual exhaust flange gasket (two bolt) that goes between the muffler axle bend and the piping. The one I have now is about stock size, and I need a bigger gasket (2.25) Anyone know where to get them? I've tried discount auto but they have just the metal ones, and not the two bolt ones. Any help?

 

cant u buy metal (i.e. exhaust) gasket sheet at some auto parts stores, and make ur own?

 

Well I just need the rubber ones really, and advanced keeps hiring the new guys when i decide to go in the store. I found one before but it's not the right size, it's just leaking like a faucet, shooting out black ooze on the ground right underneath it. Slowed it down but it's still a bad leak. If I can find the right gasket for it I'm in business.

I'll try to get a pic of what i'm talking about... it's got the two bolt holes in it and goes in between the piping of the muffler flange and the axle back flange...

have you ever gotten an Apex'i or Tanabe exhaust? are u talking about those gaskets between the pipe sections? cuz they are DEF not rubber...
