Im going to be picking up an SMC controller. I need somene that can install and tune it according to my setup.

like that helps...I have called the tuners in the shop directory before, and let me tell you, its of no help...if anyone ever did answer thier phone/or the numbers still worked, I woud die from old age...

Considering you are planing on using a piggyback such as the SMC controller I think you are going to have a hard time finding some one to tune the car within your budget.

Please use the tuner directory. Pm's are also a good way to contact tuners.
