yep. direct replacement for a B18B.

 

yea they are basically the same thing..if your replacing it to make it faster its the same but if u blew your other 1 and just want to replace it then yea it'll wrk direct bolt up

Wat about a b18a1 head can i use that also? Do i have to swap out disty and injectors?

sorry guys your all wrong....the dc2 came with the b18c1 or the b18c5....you guys are thinking of the dc4.....

now if you realy meant dc2 than the blocks are inerchangable....not the same though you will need a tune. and the b18a1 head will not go onto your block

if you meant dc4 than yes the blocks are interchangable and you will not need a tune, and the b18a1 head will be fine just use the dizzy and manifold that are in your car to make it easier.

 

I thought the a1 came in the gs?

 

90-93 integra rs/ls/gs came with b18a1
94-01 integra ls/gs came with b18b
90-93 integra gsr came with b17
94-01 integra gsr came with b18c1
type r came with b18c5

this should clarify everything.
the b18a block is pretty much the same block as the b18b and u can interchange them.
