Default GSR gaskets and seals

ok .. I just bought a 94 GSR and I want to change all the gaskets and seals (easy ones) and I was wondering what are all there? Im new to the DOHC game and I know to get cam seal , valve cover gasket, spark plug grommets, Vtec sylenoid gasket, oil pan gasket .. and thats all I know of.. if someone can compose a list of what I need that would be great.. I wont be changing the head gasket or anything major like that.. thanks

best idea is to go from the ground up:

oil pan gasket
front and rear main seals
water pump gasket (but you really should just buy a new pump if ur gonna replace the gasket)
head gasket
intake and exhaust manifolds
cam o-ring
distributor o-ring
valve cover gasket (w/ plug rings, like u said)
throttle body

the front and rear mains are the toughest to do when the motor is in, so if u can, do them first and foremost and then everything else (while its a pain) can be done in the car.

Seeing this thread up made me think I should replace all seals and gaskets on my z6. I would like to know where are the front and rear main seals on the z6. Cause I'm replaceing head gasket, timeing belt, water pump, oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket and vtec gasket what else am I missing for seals and gasket. Shit I'm just basically makeing the bitch run good and trying to stop any oil leak. So if any one could let me know where the rear and front main seals are located at let me know cause shit I'll do it this week end.

the front and rear mains are in the same place on all honda 88-00/01 inline four cylinder motors. the rear is in its own little houseing around the back of the crank, and the front is a small seal, in the oil pump behind the timing pulley on the crank.

i will have Helms pics up shortly.

here is the pic of a B18B... oil seal labels are circled in red, this should give you some idea of the location.

PLEASE NOTE: the engine in this pic is upside down, and the front of the engine (timing end) is in the lower right, while the back of the engine (transmission end) is in the upper right.

is the motor leaking oil anywhere? Do not touch anything that is not causing a problem. To change most of the gaskets mentioned would require A LOT of work. If its not broken dont fix it.

Well the oil pan is leaking a little and I got oil that is comeing from some where and I cant figure it out is I'll clean the motor off and a couple of days I'll go back and check and there oil there again, there be oil like right under the distribtor I've been checking to see where it is comeing from but haven't found out where. The oil I guess just lands there from where it is leaking I dont think its the head gasket cause it isn't mixing with water and my car hasn't got overheated to where it would be the head gasket, but one of my boys told me it could be the vtec that is leaking as well, like the gasket got old and just needs replaceing could that be where the oil could be comeing from as well. And about replaceing any other seal like what I am thinking is that the motor right know has 203 thousand miles and sooner or later that bitch is going to start asking for money and I have the money on me I'm just going to replace them to make sure that bitch doesn't give me any problems down the road when I dont have the spare money to replace when it goes bad. And for the main seals I havent checked but I think there alright for know I dont see any oil comeing from there connection.
