civic clutch replacement

well bought every thing from bay city clutch...new flywheel new pilot bearing new clutch pressure plate and throw out bearing and like a fool i take it to the local garage and 375.00 later there having trouble adjusting the dam thing. had to leave it an extra day because the clutch is grabbing right on the floor.
is a hydrolic clutch...the only thing that needs to be adjusted in the play in the pedal and that takes 5 minutes max.

yes it's hydraulic and when i went to pick it up the guy that put the clutch in was gone and another guy brought the car around said it was grabbing on the floor.they were trying to close shop and adjust the pedal. i left it the figuring it might get done right today. isn't 375 kinda high for a job like that?
