Default is vtec controller good to have

what exactly can i do with it? does it make motor run stronger? will it really make a difference?? should i get one?

there are a few differnt vtec controlers out there...you can buy a lowend vtec controler that just allows to change your vtec point of engagement...or you can step it up to let say a vafc...which allows u to monitor a/f,rpm,change vtec point..i like my vafcII but the more $$ u put into it the better off you'll be ...talk to a tuner like mtber...i think his site is pherable.net... he has a great write up on all this and more...

but yea, a vtec controller is pointless unless you have a dyno to check if any adjustments actually help. changing vtec by just guessing may actually make you slower.

A vafc should be your last option in my opinion.

No....Fucking pointless.........I think Honda of all places knows when Vtec should engage. I love it when the fuckin' ricers jerry rig a MaD VE-TECK SWitcH DAWG!!! SO THEY CAN HIT THAT SHIT LIKE NAWS!! Fucking clueless morons.
