Default no spark after swap

Swapped 94 honda civic stock engine to a V tech B16a2 Del Sol and got no spark.
Rebuilt 1 distributor - didn't work ---- bought another, still didn't work.

Now for the update...
took old distributor from original motor, fiddled around with it got it to work but could only go 30mph and it sounds like crap (sort of like it's running out of gas-which it's not)
took that distributor out and tried again with the other distributors following the OBD-0 to OBD-1 ECU Conversion Harness Instructions exactly -- still does not work

any suggestions?
Thanks, Chenzo

PS is there a way to tell the year of the motor by any of the ID numbers?

Wait what kind of Distributor are you using? Kind of confused. If i'm correct don't B16A2 came out of the 1999-2000 Civic Si and B16A3 came from the Del Sol's. If you used the distributor that can be a problem. Well just want to know what type of distributor your using. What kind of motor Came out?
