I would say as far as adding value maybe alittle but it will def sell faster unless you have a unrealistic price. For the 98+ conversion. For a mint set a headlights you will pay $250-$350(oem),and the bumper $120-$200.The bumper probaly is not a big deal since you will probaly need it painted anyways so a few scuffs wont matter. You will also need the turn signals. So for 98+ conversion around $350-$600+ paint.Jdm conversion $1600-$2300+install(unless you do it yourself)+paint. So you could easliy go to $3000-$4000.So do your research and have everything lined up.

I've had both USDM versions and personally I think the 94-97 style looks better. It would also be a lot easier to just replace what you have than to spend time and money on something nobody will notice. But then, I'm also one of the few people who prefer it to the JDM version, so do what you like. To answer your question, the fenders are the same. Either way, have fun.

I think you need to ask yourself how much you're willing to spend to go from http://images.google.com/images?q=tb...os/20137.1.jpg to http://images.google.com/images?q=tb...%26WIDTH%3D120. It just doesn't seem worth spending money on new headlights, turn signals, and possibly a hood for such a meaningless change. Just buy a used bumper that will fit what you already have and spend the money you saved on performance parts.
