Default Blinking Check Engine light??? Help please! (96 Integra LS)

Hey guys, I got a check engine light that's been on for a little and I checked it out and its the cat under threshold code. The thing is it was a new cat I put on the end of July. I heard this can cause the light though. But...just the other day, when I come to a stop and it sits there idling a little bit...the light will start blinking but if I press the gas it goes back to solid again. What could be the problem here? I never had a blinking one before so it doesn't look good to me. My car also seems to bog really bad when I try to start it up sometimes after it's already warmed up. After it starts idling normal though it runs great.

Also, I wanted to get rid of the light from the Cat so I heard getting a new O2 Sensor should fix it. I should replace the one on the Cat not the headers right? Is this a good one to buy?

dont know what to tell you about a blinking CEL, never seen that before....

as for the sensor, its your call. i've never heard of PCK, and when you google it, all you get is Ebay auctions, no company website. i would be wary of spending $70 on something you cant find a background for....

Hmmm....thanks for the help, I'll wait for at least one more response before making my decision. Yea I never even heard of a blinking CEL on a car like this before. I know for example if you get that on an S2000 it basically means STOP DRIVING THE CAR NOW and get it checked...but I wasn't sure about my Integra.

Hm...ok then, just kinda strange since it's only when I idle and if I give the gas pedal a SLIGHT tap it goes back to solid. Thanks though! Anyone else have any information on the O2 Sensor or should I just buy the universal at discount or something?

Any other opinions on the O2 sensor? Should I just go to discount and get the universal or is this one good to get?

Just get the Bosch Universal one from Autozone/Advanced. Its really simple to splice on your plug from the old one. Instruction are included. And theres no wait time at all.....
