good cam for my civic

Default good cam for my civic

i would like some of you guys to help me out i would like too get a cam for my d16z6 and all i know is by march of next year i want too have a cam and head rebuild done so i need help with my cam choices

i think he's asking for a little more info then that, top end mid range, power goals, etc

what he meant was, do you want a N/A cam or a turbo cam, cuz they are very different and obviously depend on what you are doing with the car.

but when you ask for help, it really makes it easier if you can provide us all the info... what type of motor, power goals, price range, etc, like these guys just said.

Here is what Rod wants...I know him and his car.

He wants to have power across the board. This will be mainly for 1/4 mile drags. It will need to be a cam for turbo apps. The car will be getting a T3/T4 turbo with full intercooler, hard piping setup, intake, and etc.

He already has a cat delete pipe and a 2.5" ss catback. He has headers on the car now, but those are worthless for the turbo kit. The car also has a stage 2 cluch on it.

He is looking to get a 13 sec and lower car. When the turbo kit goes on it will have about 8 to 10 psi of boost to start. Then the head and motor will be built to suit higher boost levels later on.

I hope that will help you give him some advice.
