i just bought a universial muffler for my 90 hatch and im not to sure how to put it on any ideas

You're supposed to cut off the old tip with a torch and weld the new one in place. If you can't do that, and no one on the board will help you, you can go get it done for about $60 practically anywhere. Also, you may or may not need some kind of boot, I'm not sure.
