AC compressor dragging

Should I just replace the compressor or could it be something else?

Where exactly is the dryer? I'm not familiar with it.

its a silverish looking cylinder that your ac system runs through, most hondas its located on the driverside behind the bumper, it has 2 lines that come off the top of it, should be easy to get to
