New Si Sedan. Lame Imo
i have no reasoning behind it but i think its a lame idea by honda. but im not a sedan guy. It kinda looks like hondas answer to the srt4 but it falls noticably shy. I would much rather have seen the new type r brought to the US than some 4 door si.
whats your opinion?

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

Not lame if you had a professinal road race team.
I know for a fact (certain race teams are finish with the cars) is going to be popluar in the racing circuit next year (no, i'm not talking about drag racing!!!
From what I've been told, like the TSX chassis, its a good balance car for road racing.
The Acura TSX (Honda Acccord all over the world) is like big in the road racing scene right now. Its cheap and a good overall handling car. Unlike the EP3 chassis, its dominating the class this past year.
I'll take some pics for you guys when I'm gone in the next few weeks.

i think its dumb because the civic si has always been a 2 door car. it's like making a 4 door eclipse gst or 4 door corvette. now if it were just a new civic, i would say its awesome! but should not wear the si badge imo.
well from a little additional reading ive decided its actually a pretty nice car. im just pissed we dont get a type r. or at least another si hatch. they should have atleast turbo'd or charged it so it could be a srt4 competitor.
4 doors are nice but i think that honda needs to make a turbo sports car (not the RDX) to keep up the growing f/i trend..either that or make 300 hp stock...than they wouldnt need a turbo.
it has 197 hp? in a big car like that it seems that a typeR civic would take it. (which you could put together for a few G's) i would hate to have a new si and get left by a 15 year old car with a smaller engine and less advanced technology.
