20 thousands should take care of that, and you would still be able to buy an OEM oversized piston

82mm should be fine, but i wouldnt bore a stock sleeve any further than that, even in an NA application...

There is no such thing as an oem 82mm ctr piston.
The largest oem ctr piston is 81.25mm

Did you buy aftermarket ctr style pistons that are 82mm ?

You won't need a girdle.

If you want the motor to last, simply build it to the factory specs in the helms manual.

Rust is good for an engine. Id let the cylinders rust all the way up then hone it. Rust/oxidation accelerates the molecules in the metal and they tend to compress and make a strongr block. Its much better with cast iron blocks. But the sleeves are cast soo it works well. I always leave my blocks out back to rust up. And yeah never heard of CRT pistons like that. Are they ebay pistons ? and Youdnt need a girdle but They do help in stability. If you plan on revving the crap out of the engine then I would install one. I always use them, peace of mind.
