well i jump started the battery just now and the mortor idle ,good then after a 3 minutes or so i heard a clicking sound then i rev it and it went away, and after it went back 2 normal idle the clicking came back ..wat going on here are my pistons bad or what is it major issue or comon i have a b18a1 bottom with b16 head

probibly valve tapping. could be potentially harmfull.

how could that be fixed, cause my head gasket is blown or changing that would fix it

First fix your head gasket problem, its not making matters any better. A valve adjustment may be needed

while you have the head off for the gasket change i recommend checking out the valves and make sure there is no signs of them being bent or hitting on anything. then go from there
