Default Does this sound right?

I ran an SRT-4 tonight that has a cold air intake with K&N filter which is the only mod on that car and I was in my hatch that has b18a1 with i/h/e and flywheel. Should I have pulled him like I did? From about 60-75 we were pretty close (I was like half a car ahead) and then after that I just started pulling like crazy. The funny thing is that I rolled on it in 4th while he took it in 3rd.

Sounds like he wasnt racing ...

3rd gear 60-70 is SRT's power for 3rd gear . If an LS swapped hatch kept up with me I'd immediately take my car back to the dealer

Well when we got to the light he said he was deff getting on it and I did my roll on in my crappiest spot 4k in 4th is horrible. He starting pulling me till I got to the top of my 4th then hooked 5th (both gears horrible in LS tranny). My full list of mods is half gutted 90 civic hatch with LS swap skunk2 intake manifold ractive short ram intake, ractive full exhaust with headers, power steering delete and AC delete with light weight rotas.

Your car might run a mid to high 14 on a good day . I've seen some horrible SRT drivers but from a roll with you out of your power and him in his he shoulod have pulled you ...

Either way good kill .

well i had the same i.h.e. and a 75 shot of nitrous although a da teg wit full interior weighs more

you say you are in a ls swaped hatch in my da teg i beat B16 swapped gutted crx that had sk2 stg. 1 cams and the usual i.h.e. more than once so its not like he didnt have time to perfect his run

O well I'm bragging about this one lmao. I prolly wont run another SRT until my 75 shot zex kit is finished being hooked up (shame on me not taking a day off to do it lol). Well like I said it was a tight race till he hooked 4th because he said boost dropped down to 8 psi when he hit 4th and I know he isn't too bad of a driver because he's drove stick for about 5 years now. None the less it was fun. Also, just found out today my car runs over 130mph before redline becuase I had my speedo topped at 125 with a lil over 1k before redline still.
